2. DESCRIPTIONS OF THE SERVICE
The site allows by a system of post remaining to find somebody whom you wish to thank or to leave a positive testimony for a specific situation.
3. OBLIGATIONS
When you become member by creating a message star or by posting an answer you agree to supply valid information concerning you. You make a commitment that the contents of your announcements have no racist, insulting, threatening, vulgar or defamatory character, that they don’t incite to violence and that they are not contrary to the laws of the European Community. If this is not the case we reserve the right to delete the message without delay.
4. LICENCE RELATING THE CONTENT REGISTERED ON THE SITE
By posting user contents to one of the columns of the site, the user waves expressly and graciously to all relating intellectual property rights and in particular to the right of reproduction, of representation, adaptation on any support and in any format known or unknown so far valid for the whole world and the legal period of copyright protection.
5. COMPENSATION
The user is the only person responsible for the text in the user contents and as such guarantees the site against any recourse and/or action that may be pursued by any person as a result of the dissemination of the information on the site. The user will assume all charges and payments concerning the persons in question whatever the cause or the reason for which they are due or requested.

According to the law of the 6th of January 1978 related to computer science, files and liberties the automatic processing of individual-related data carried out using this Internet website is subject to a declaration to the CNIL. According to the law of the 6th of January 1978 the user can at any time access the personal information about him and held by ESTEREM and request modification or deletion. As a consequence the user can request that all inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous and outdated information concerning him or those which are forbidden to collect, to use, to communicate or to retain shall be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or erased according to the articles 36, 39 and 40 of the law of the 6th of January 1978 related to computer science, files and liberties. By closing the account and for any and all purposes the data concerning the user can be kept and archived confidentially by the site according to the current laws.
